About the event
Check in to host hotel, Norfolk Waterside Marriott, will begin at 4:00 PM (Call the hotel directly if you wish to get an early check-in). Group rate is $189 per night plus tax with a minimum 2-night stay. A block of 20 rooms will be available through June 29, book early. Other hotels are in the area should you desire to use another brand.
Meet and Greet event will be located at the host hotel Rooftop Lounge from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is an open lounge with no reservations. Will move the event to another event space within the hotel called the “Great Room” if it is needed due to the number of people. The attire is casual, come as you are. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served.
